Merriam-Webster defines "rescue" as: "to free from confinement, danger, or evil." Whether we admit it or not, we all need rescued. Your heavenly Father knows it. And because you matter to Him, He sent his Son, Jesus, on a rescue mission to Earth for you! The resurrection, what we celebrate each Easter, was the final act of this mission.
